How to change the references number at the new year

First make a ticket in TTM Excel and add to TTM

Confirm your ticket with the wrong number

After that go on TTM click into Ticket

Go to the ticket with the wrong number

Click Modify the ticket

And correct the number

type the good number with 4 digits and confirm with ENTER
